Frequently Asked Questions

Q.  Is this a walk-through maze style haunted house?
A. Yes and no. This is a fully theatrical, immersive, horror attraction. It combines the elements of theater, 4D effects, and haunted mazes with a complete story-line. It’s an all new experience for New England...so expect the unexpected!

Q.  What do you mean by immersive?
A. You will not simply be a passive observer. You will be placed in the action as a participant in this twisted tale of horror. More than the 4th wall gets broken here.  As in any theatrical experience, there is NO talking unless encouraged by an actor. If you disrupt or disturb the experience, you will swiftly removed without a refund. We mean business here. We must!

Q.  What should I wear?
A. Wear comfortable clothes that allow you to walk, climb, crawl, or run. PLEASE no high heels, masks, backpacks, or personal items that have value to you. Leave all personal items (phones, wallets, etc.) in your car or elsewhere. We are not responsible for clothing or personal items that get lost or damaged.

Q.  How long is the experience; how many people per group?
A. It takes up to 30 minutes from start to finish. We will try to make each group 5 people. You may be put with strangers to make the 5 person tour.

Q.  How do I get tickets?
A. Tickets are available in advance at our ticket site. We suggest buying your tickets in advance so you don’t get locked out of your preferred time slot. Any unsold tickets (per time slot) will be available at the gate the night of the performance. If, for any reason, you need to exit before you finish the attraction, you will not get a refund or another ticket. There are NO refunds and NO exchanges.

Q.  Are there any warnings or rules I need to be aware of?
A. There are fog machines, strobe lights, and special effects in use. We use both live actors plus moving and non-moving props. Props, actors, and effects might confuse and disorient you. We have security cameras everywhere inside the attraction, both for your protection and ours. We also ask you to adhere to these rules:

  • No cellphones during the performance. You will be asked to leave if caught using one.
  • No talking unless you are engaged in conversation with an actor.
  • No touching the actors unless they encourage or ask you to.
  • No foul language or bad behavior will be tolerated and are grounds for ejection, at our discretion.
  • No smoking at any time.

Q.  Is this event handicap-accessible?
A. No. The event is not handicap-accessible.

Q.  Will it be too scary for my children?
A. The attraction is geared for ages 13 and up. It does have graphic violence and a mature theme. Children under 13 are not recommended for attendance.

Q.  What if it rains?
A. Our attraction is open rain or shine. Most of the attraction is located inside a building and is protected from the rain. No refunds will be given due to rain.

Q.  Is there parking?
A. There are several public parking lots in Provincetown near the attraction. Google the venue address to find them.
